The AI runs on your key

Texts are written with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. The provider bills you directly for usage, based on what you consume. ERP-BI takes no margin on it.

Your Odoo must open its API

ERP-BI connects to Odoo 14 or later through its API: Odoo Online on the Custom plan, Odoo.sh, or Odoo on your own servers. The Odoo Standard and One App Free plans do not give API access.

No VAT charged

ERP-BI is published by Beyondsky OÜ, an Estonian company not registered for VAT. You pay €99, nothing more.

Do I need a card for the trial?

Yes, it is requested at the start but nothing is charged for 15 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

How do I cancel?

From the Subscription area of your ERP-BI, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no other fee.

Does the price depend on the number of users?

No. It is €99 a month for your company, whether two or fifty people use ERP-BI.

How much does the AI cost?

It depends on your usage, mostly of the assistant, and is billed by Anthropic or OpenAI on your own account. You stay in control of that budget.

Where is my data?

On your own instance, hosted in Europe, separate from other customers’. ERP-BI reads your Odoo and writes nothing to it unless you click.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, every month. Your invoices are available in the Subscription area of your ERP-BI.
